You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact

Important: For hygiene reasons, items including panties, lingerie, and intimate apparel are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, follow these simple steps:

Email our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization:
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed return instructions.

Pack the Item:
Securely pack the item(s). Include a note with your order number and reason for return, and clearly write the RA number on the package.


3. Shipping the Return

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

  • Return Address: The return address will be shared in the return authorization email.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and confirm it meets our eligibility requirements:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all panties, lingerie, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
