Pack the Item:
Securely pack the item(s). Include a note with your order number and reason for return, and clearly write the RA number on the package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Return Address: The return address will be shared in the return authorization email.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and confirm it meets our eligibility requirements:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
